How to get unmuted from Discord

I must know how this is done.
I've been muted in the PocketMine-MP Discord for more than a day!!

 

You should have gotten a DM from the bot for how long you will be muted. What is your Discord username?

I have. It's been 24 hours but I still haven't been unmuted. The timer issue happened to me once before this, actually.
