how do I

    Plz help me I reaLLY need help.
    OS: Windows 10
    Need help with: start.cmd is crashing when I open IT I think IT is because I got a .phar filé that is not what I need so please send a link of a .phar that works.

    Then I suggest opening up a terminal in that directory, and type "powershell .\start.ps1". If there is any errors, that's the best way of figuring out. :D

    No, we can't.
    Yes, if you want to use Command Prompt. If you want to use PowerShell, than run the start.ps1 file.

    It should have been in the same folder as the rest of your PocketMine installation. Although if you used @TheDeibo's installer, than I'm not sure.

    I recommend you to reinstall pm as you are probably using an outdated or broken folder structure:
    And to enable connecting directly from MC Windows 10 Edition:

    No longer maintained. We have a much better “noob friendly” system. It’s a fancy installer...
    it’s on GitHub. In the php binaries repository

    Oh okay, sorry. As though I use Windows, I usually only run PocketMine on Linux so I wouldn't know.
