ZipArchive::close(): Can't open file: Permission denied"

• I have a problem when trying to make a zip of a world. When I try to access to the world archives to make the zip the server throws me this error: ZipArchive::close(): Can't open file: Permission denied"
  
  I don't know what to do, can someone help me?

 

You don't have the needed permissions for doing this. Set the permissions # to 755.

 

I understand that but i dont know where do i have to put the 755 permission. Can you help me with that?

could be a chance hes using a hosting provider, if you press the 3 dots to the far right of the file name you can see the set permission button usually
