Hello, On my server I am using WorldGuard (By Muqsit) and Worlds (Surva Network) I made a factions world. I want PvP and build enabled. I enabled it. then made region with World Guard I disabled edit so people can't edit . But when I disbaled PvP in it. People can still PvP. Any help. I think it's clashong?
