why not creating many particles

I used

public function onTouch(PlayerInteractEvent $event){
$p = $event->getPlayer();

$directionvector = $p->getDirectionVector();

but another plugin it works going straight, but something plugin doesn't go straight. it just spawn only one particle. it's using same code. why?
