What's a good 1.16 plugin tutorial for someone with no PHP knowledge.

I have tried other plugin tutorials but they are outdated. Are there any 1.16 tutorials or atleast one that work with Version 3.14.2?

 

Prioritise learning the language. When you'll start learning developing plugins, stuff will make more sense.
