VPS or Dedicated Server?

    I know this has nothing to do with the section but i have no where else to post. So i was thinking of getting either a dedicated or vps (not sure) for server with 50ish plugins and around 40 - 80 players. If i were to go with VPS i'm not sure which company to go to. Any suggestion? Same for dedicated server
