Register your server at a server list of your choice (and one that supports the plugin you're using). The whole point of voting is to get your server higher on the list.
Pro tip: wait till the end of the month, when server list resets votes, and then use some kind of vpn to vote for your server dozen of times and have it at the top. "bit.do" just offers you to shorten the url. You're facing the problem of getting the actual url of the voting page.
