    hi i am new ad pmmp server developing and i want to know what i need to be a developer? i know PHP but i don't know all of pmmp api and plugin developing pls answer ;)

    You need a pmmp server to test your things, and this plugin: Dev Tools. Than to learn the api, if you know php just go on the pocketmine reposiroy: Here.
