Hey, my server hosting company make me use the port, 54582. I found out that i could just change it to 19132 in server.properties. Would this break anything? Could I do this?

    Depends:
    1) firewall has to be open on that port
    2) no other servers running on that port

I understand the 2nd, but what do you mean by firewall has to be open, what firewall?

Your server host might have set up a firewall that blocks all connections except on port 54582.
Just try it; we aren't your server host and we don't know anything more than you.
However, check your server host's terms and conditions first. It is highly likely that they reserve the right to unconditionally terminate your service without notice if you're doing something that they don't want you to do.
