Server offline, but there´s still a MOTD

Hey,
I have recently a vServer and have there also a PMMP server. But when I deleted the PMMP server to test something came still the MOTD although he was actually offline. When trying to enter the server came just the message "Syncing pack with server".
And when I open a new server on the port 19132, this only crashes because a server is running on the port.

 

You didn't stop the server before you deleted it.

 

Could be. And how can I stop the Server now?
