Hi, my server is crashing every few hours... Sometimes its because of 2 important plugins, which have never beed crashing - on my previous server. But mostly there is no reason why it happens... No crushdump, no console threads... I already have lost majority of my players... Help
like last crash log before the crash there SHOUlD be a log of some error if there's none i can only assume it have been killed OR the server running PMMP have been shutdown
I think I've seen this issue before The server starts up normally then stops immediately on its own right? It didn't crash and there is no log of it crashing, but it shut down on its own correct?
Wait wait wait, if you say, Then thee must have been an error or crashdump because how else would you know that it's the plugin's fault?
No, even if server is empty - no players, (and at the night). How much? About 6% when nobody is playing. There is no crash log, and it is not killed by anyone. Not immediately, after few hours. But for example today it shut down three times in row after 10 minutes since start. Yes it shuts down for its own... No any errors. Console stops working and i have to relog. I have received crashdumps twice, for this 2 plugins. These r auth and alerts... But mostly there is no any log or crashdump.
Have you tried taking a look at your server.log? Also, how are you controlling your server? Panel? Screen?
Its impossible, these plugins crashed just 2 maybe 5 times though Server.log? Can u explain that? Im using SSH if it matters. What is ,,OS"? System? If so, im using ubuntu. .
Why would it be impossible? All you have to do is temporarily remove them. server.log is a file that records everything the server's console says when it's running. You can view it's contents by running the following command: Code: cat server.log They could still very well be part of the problem (if not the source of the problem itself). Can you upload the crash dumps that you did get, please? OS is short for operating system.
If i remove auth, everyone will be able to join server on my name without authentication... Second one is not as important as the first one, but still... For me... Crushdumps? Once i uploaded crushdump of alerts plugin, and i got warned from staff member for advertising or sth like that... (In what code can i optionally uplode crashdump? PHP: ?
Hmmm, do you always keep connected to the server or do you use "sceen" or something similar? Could you check if the server really isn't running anymore (= you can't join)?
