Sending a fake chest gui packet to the player

Hello.
I've heard you can open a chest gui to a player using packets(or "fake" packets) without the chest being close to the player.
if can anyone explain me that and show me how it will be wonderful!

 

I don't think that's possible!

There's a "ContainerOpenPacket" but it depends on the chest Tile.

 

I tried a week ago. no luck
