ScoreHud and CustomAlerts

Hello,
I'm working on a server but the scorehud variables aren't working.
As you can see on the picture below.
If someone has a fix for this pls let me know!
I also have the issue with the variables with the plugin "customalerts" if I change the words of the custom login message it says [+] {player} but I want to get [+] [playername].

I also tried to change {username} to {name} its the same.
