Run command on chest

so i can open a chest now. Using a tile and sending it to a player. How can
1. ERASE THE CHEST after spawned from command.

2. Run command awhen someone clicks on the item from the chest... thanks.

No, I have developed the part where I open a tile, and send it to the player but domt exactly know how to make the items in the tile to interact.
