Hey i need plugins for real life server players can buys homes,cars,drugs
And they can take jobs gangster policeman and some stuff like this

I can do homes, drugs and jobs but don't know about cars. Can you elaborate "cars"?

 

As I heard from Twitter, it is possible that a Server force a Texturepack for users. Then it would be possible to create a Pack where Minecarts look like cars and after that they could set a Costumname for the Minecart and.... Car done!

You can force texture packs, there's a packet for Texture Packs, however I haven't seen anyone publicly force a texture yet.
