    Prepare yourself before asking questions

    Preparation
Asking questions is easy. Asking **good** questions is a bit harder. Be prepared! Collect and provide all the info you can. By doing that other users don't have to ask for more information and you can have a good answer faster.

There are many different PocketMine and PHP version, things can be added or removed. Don't forget about all the different Operating systems and Plugin version too!

    Example:
    Crashdumps
Did you server crash and gave a crashdump? Put it on http://pastebin.com and provide a link in your post. If you have many plugins help everyone by trying to find the cause. Remove all plugins and add them back one by one until you are able to reproduce the crash. Can you reproduce the crash? Provide the steps to do it, it will make it easier for the developer to find the problem.

Did the server crash because a plugin? Report it to the plugin author!

    Do's
    • Ask about problems using plugins
    • search before asking
    • make descriptive titles
    • provide as much info as you can
    • use http://pastebin.com for crash logs, code or any large blobs of text
    Don'ts
    • say "it doesn't work", explain yourself and provide as much info as possible!
    • ask for plugins that work in replacement of another. If the plugin you are using is no longer under active development and you believe you need a new plugin for it, use Plugin Requests.
    • make a long title for your topic
    • ask your question in the title
    • paste crash logs, code or any large blobs of text in your post (use http://pastebin.com)
    • abuse tags
    • abuse colors
    • expect any support for variants of PocketMine.
    • Tell other people to edit a downloaded plugin by bumping its API version, without detailed explanation of its side effects to ensure informed decisions, and clarification that this suggestion only applies for a small range of plugins.

Renamed section to "Plugin Help" to prevent confusion.

    Added a point:
