No, but this task is different! In pokkit i think we can use json + some replacment function to make it ! Right??
it would mean to translate Java to PHP, in bukkit / nukkit, it can work only for certain plugins since they are both written in java...(so we can make a kind of translator for bukkit to nukkit) but it can't work for java to php.
