I've looked in the FAQ Does anyone else have and issue where they try to upload the plugin and you wait that couple of minutes for it to build then you hit refresh and there is nothing there? Yeah i'm having that issue anyone know why?
Not sure why yours isn't building, but it works at my fork. Try adding an empty line (or whatever random change) to plugin.yml or src to make it build again.
Delete the whole repo and try again then. I have no idea what's wrong with yours, because it works when I fork it.
