    Where is the item supposed to be? Inventory? Hotbar? Chest? Item Frame? Potato?

    There was some plugins like this but none of them work now AFAIK.

    You can try to revive these plugins which are outdated.

    Also there was HubTP by @jasonwynn10 but the repo seems to be deleted/private.

    if all else fails you can use the PlayerItemHeldEvent or PlayerInteractEvent to make it if you know how to. (i know this is the request section, this is just a suggestion.)
