PC Vanish?

Is it possible to make a vanish that hides armor and items in the hand? Also is it possible to make the heads transparent for op's?

 

You could just despawn the player from other players which would completely hide the player. Transparent pixels in skins IIRC isn't possible and doing so would instead fill the pixel with a solid color.

 

How would you do this? Also can you make player despawned from others view but viewable to op's?
