Online players from ALL servers.

Okay so, i have 2 servers, which is Lobby and Skywars.
how do i make myself, so i can get the online players from 2 servers

ex: Lobby: 10, Skywars: 25.
and it shows
Lobby: 10 Players
Skywars: 25 Players
Global: 35 Players

is it possible?
if it is possible, do you have the tutorial on how to make it?
