I dont know why my computer is full of virus. I gave my brother my computer to work with something. And i got 411 bad threats when i scan my computer with malwarebytes.

Just wipe it and reinstall your OS, it's safer. Also it's likely that if the virus was in your system files, removing it will make the OS unstable.

Edit: Don't forget to back up your data.

Backing up the data is especially risky though once the computer has been infected. You never know which of your files the virus might be hiding in, waiting to run on your new pc o_O

I meant before you are infected, so you can restore afterwards :p
Also, do modern viruses really even do that anymore?

There was one I saw that snuck its way into a word doc and reinitialized itself as a macro. They're evil little buggers
