Why do you expect to get answers by spamming? Also, please elaborate. Do you want a multi-world chat.. or a private chat for players with a specific permission?
1 . are you kidding me?! 2 . i said multi server chat, not world, why you anwsering if you dont know ?! 3 . read the thread again. 4 . i have water dog, i want when im in Bedwars server, and i send a message in chat, and you are in Lobby server (for example), you see my message.
Build it like any other web chat applications using some kind of database. Only difference is that participants are the multiple servers. Check out pusher.com and dude... there's is a bunch of tutorials on how to accomplish this. Just use your imagination and common sense. But using web sockets would be a ton easier.

its not enough for make multi server chat, upgrade your knowlegde first, then come here to send posts, and yes my friend (artin) gave me this plugin in the paste and its solved but i forget to set prefix to solved.
