Moving Npc Plugin

Hi,Is there any plugin or addon(for slapper) to make npcs move? like lifeboat.some of npcs walk in Specified places.
We have plugin like this?

Walk by teleporting (not animated) or physically walk animatedly to a specified position?

 

yes like this,they are walk on blocks not teleport

 

anything?

 

( similar to /npc path from Citizens plugin on Bukkit )

I wish someone would make this too. So cool to have a npc move around. Iv seen these in broken lens too. Villagers named "Pet" moving around randomly
