[MCPE] Possibility to edit maps (the item)

In PC it is possible to edit the file which is created when using the map item to paste an image in it (via an Website or McEdit filter), but I didn't find a file created anywhere when using a map in MCPE, does anyone know where they are stored, or are they stared in another file which is directly connected to the map and would corrupt it when editing?
