Hello, I've made plugin and published it to the github. Leet edited it and added it to their 'server system'. Now they are selling it for about $5 for each server....

I've contacted them on their forums (I've added link with plugin's licence). I expected we will come to terms. Instead of it they are removed my post...

Your license doesn't prohibit resale. You might want to read its text more closely.

give me $50 Right now! :D

I remind you that a friend of mine already had a problem like this, he has attacked in justice and he has won at the end some cash €€. It depends on where you live.

PS: thanks to an license without license you can't do nothing.

The license explicitly allows reselling. It does not depend on where you live, because the license clearly states so. The only possible outcome from taking this to court is you losing money.

If you don't want your plugins to be sold, put some license like the Creative Commons on them. If you do choose the Apache license, and don't plan to make money from it anyway, I don't see why this should bother you.

Hint (some may consider this as a troll): you can license your plugin with AGPL, then you can sue whoever provides your plugin without making the changes open source.

A plugin name does not mean that it is exactly the same in features. How do you know it is the same? It could have more or less features and it could be coded entirely different. Do you have evidence of it being exactly the same? People see plugins and take inspiration sometimes, it's not always a copy.

When you type /ver 1vs1 in the chat, you see description of the plugin (name, version, description, authors, website...) so you can really easy get author's name

So it really is yours eh? I hate it when Leet does that too, but because of the license you gave it, it's legal. I would highly recommend changing to a different license for future versions of your plugins.

He can't. They are free to use the old version under the existing license.

If you want to sell your plugins, making them open source is the dumbest thing you can do.

Not providing a license induces copyright law, but it doesn't really apply because THE CODE WOULD BE OPEN SOURCE

If a github repo does not contain a license it is by default copyrighted even if the source is viewable.

You guys need to understand that restrictive licenses are just harmful to the work you produce. In reality, one of two things will happen:
    1) nobody will use your product
    2) people will break your license

In the case of 1), you might as well just quit, and in the case of 2), you're placing yourself in a position where you can't enforce your license anyway because LEET (or whatever other business) has more money to fight a legal case than you do.

You're all wasting your time crying salty tears about this. It's funny nobody ever considers the fact that LEET sells access PM itself (and many other businesses do too), but you don't see PM developers whining "they stole our software". You're just salty they are making money when you're not.

If you're implying that Johan is willing to spend any amount of time, effort or money on LEET. You are sorely mistaken.
