Learning to make plugins (again)

I used to make (horrible) plugins years ago around the same time as the movement to PMMP.io and away from pocketmine.net. I haven't touched the plugin system in years and I know there's been a ton of changes like API version 3. I looked at the resources and most of those seemed to be old, so I was wondering if there was a more up to date tutorial for PocketMine.
