Inventary Plugin

Hello Everybody!

I want ask to someone if it's possible to create a plugin that with a command, open a chest... Like imaginary chest... Like..... An imaginary inventory to put items and you can't lost it when die...
I don't know how to explain more of this...

Yes an enderchest... Everyplayer can use the command /inventory or /inventario (for me that i'm italian) to have a storage area for put item to safe.

 

I dont think this is currently possible. MCPE checks to see whether a chest is in front of you before opening the inventory, AFAIK.

Done. With GenisysFTW plugin... He published it but... I dont know why plugins:chest shop, and this inventory... When i write command... It open the window but when i click something... It close

 

That's because the inventory opens while your chat is open. When you close chat, it closes the inventory too. Possible solutions could include making a delay between the time you type the command and when the inventory opens.

Like I just said, using tasks to make the inventory open after a delay is one solution. Knowledge of plugin development is necessary for this though. Can you link me to the plugin?

Client side won't open the chest if doesn't exist in the level and isn't within certain range.

 

I have made one and currently use it on my server. But I have the most weirdest bug - the inventories randomly clear out? This was since the 1.0.3 update. I am guessing 1.0.4 won't be having a range check while opening chests, so wait for it. Because yeah, it is pretty messy to setBlock and un-set the block before and after opening the "vault".

 

i've tested one of it by GenisysFTM or similar ... addWindows plugin... in his github but it's a little bugged

 

I'm not sure if your issue is because of chat or because of a block not being set, but you can try this.

i used Taptodo to open the private vault and it works fine then. becos the keyboard doesn't appear. but it would be beter if we could just use the command
