    Hey!
I'm new to this forum, and I wanted to use PMMP to create a server for me and my brother with his friends to play on. We already have an existing world, but I'm struggling to convert it into being usable in PMMP. We use the latest update for Minecraft.

    ISSUES:
    • After trying the converters used in this thread, I was left with a lot of questions unanswered. When trying to use the levelDB to Anvil converter compiled by ImagicalCorp, after following the instructions as read in the README file, I was left with a "Done!" message, but the folder remained the same with no files unchanged. No region files, no .mca files to be found, nothing new in the world folder - it seemed like nothing had changed. I tried it on the server anyway, the world wasn't recognized and it generated a new world.
    • After stumbling upon another converter, the output message was a bit different. I followed all the instructions given - heck, even watched a video tutorial to make it work, but the command line just put out lots of lines saying "Unknown Key".
    • I have also tried adding the world into MCEdit, but without any success. The program had to generate new chunks, which also failed.

    MINOR DETAILS:
    • We play on iOS devices, and I imported the file to my Windows 10 computer using iFunBox.
    • I left a screenshot of how the world folder looks, straight from the device, not converted. Skjermbilde.PNG
Any advice on what to do is appreciated! Cheers.

Did you define its path? on the first converter.

Don't think I had to do so, it didn't give me an error message when I followed the README. I left the world folder in the root folder of the converter and renamed it "world". That was it.

I'm also pretty new to much of the tools being used here, I'm still learning.

    Perhaps you did something wrong.

Don't think so, when it comes to the process. I've read through and tried it numerous times without any further success.
