I need a plugin like FastTransfer :D

Hello, I need a plugin with same functions as FasfTransfer (transfer the players to other server) but I don't find any working, so if someone has working can share it with me please?

 

As far as I know Mojang removed the packets that allow FastTransfer to work. Correct me if I am wrong though.

 

But is there any free plugin for transfer players like FastTransfer? (It doesn't has to be exactly FastTransfer it just is taken as example )

Use some sort of proxy or DNS Round-Robin.

There (unfortunately) is none that works. You would have to use a proxy like DragonProxy.
