Hopper plugin?

I tried using the search feature to find hopper no luck.
are there any plugins for hoppers? I see there is redstone blocks in inventory but when I try to search for hopper nothing comes up, also tried manually looking through the items.
I have seen other servers use hoppers and they are using alot of the same plugins I am using and same api version so it must be able to be done?

 

It can be done, but those other servers are using badly written third-party servers

 

are you talking about spoons?

I dont really want to use a spoon, I could try finding maybe an older plugin and see if anything can be done.
