Hex + Z-order World Format

    Since @jasonwynn10 made GitRollbacks for saving worlds in Git, it might be more useful to have worlds in text format!

    Here, I am proposing a world format that saves blocks in hex format. For example, each line contains 48 characters, each 3 bytes representing a (id:byte, meta:nibble) tuple for a block.

    For easier merging, the data can be aligned in a manner similar to the Z-order curve, but this part is not so necessary.
