I am having some problems in my Pocketmine server. I cannot light up any nether portal . And stone brick walls doesn't connects to each other .

 

Don't use pocketmine.

PocketMine does NOT fully support Vanilla-like gameplay.
This means some features like the extra dimensions, vanilla world generation, and mobs are still not implemented.

And the wall not connecting issue was in PocketMine since like 1.14 and it's still not fixed.

So I recommend using Bedrock Dedicated software if you want to run a vanilla server

 

I have installed a mod called PureEntitiesX which will spawn mobs like vanilla . Is there any kind of mod by which we can fix this . Also if I don't want to use Pocketmine so which server software will be better .

 

Depends on what you want to achieve.

If you want a survival server, use Bedrock dedicated
