Help installing on Mac OS 10.12.4

brew uninstall libtool

and after that's done:

brew reinstall libtool --universal && brew unlink libtool && brew link libtool

 

Ok, I got it working. I downloaded the newest phar, then used the 7.0.3 binary with the master file from PMMP. I'm not sure if it was the binary or what was holding me up. But it works. Thanks everyone.
