Gui Server Switch

Okay so i know the name is a little weird but this is what i mean could someone do this or is there a plugin that already exists to do this

This isn't optimised for MCPE, as many players will be using the Pocket GUI.
I can create a plugin for you which switches items in the hotbar (much more convenient).
