Give entity skin from .png file

Can I give skin from .png file to entity ? I know there's newly added Skin.php in pmmp, but it want Skin name and data that's why I'm asking here.

Probably also works, but i just forked @jasonwynn10 's gist and made it work with the new API.

 

I tried this code , but it still say Human must have valid skin set
