A plugin that using ftp you will be able to make a folder somewhere.I want to make a folder here,because i can't make folder on that host and one plugin needs sqlite extension to work.And php.ini file also doesn't exist.
The php.ini file should always exist, and plugins should handle it all for you. Talk to the plugin developer and the host if you need support..
