Failed to start Minecraft network interface on 0.0.0.0:19132.

    Hello.

    I tried to setup a new server and I end up with this error:
    [Server thread/EMERGENCY]: Failed to start Minecraft network interface on 0.0.0.0:19132: Failed to bind socket: Something else is already running on 0.0.0.0 19132

    I started the server, then stopped it using the 'stop' command, but when I tried to start again. this happened.
    Can someone help me, please?

    You have to find and kill the process running on port 19132. Google it for your operating system.
