So, today, I wanted to set up a pocketmine server for MCPE 0.9.1 Alpha, so I downloaded the zip and extracted it. I opened start.cmd and it crashed immediately. Then i was like oh yea i need php. So i downloaded and extracted the bin folder into my server folder. (I already had Visual C++ Installed so i skipped that.) Then, when i opened start.cmd, it didn't work. Anyone Know why and hot to fix this. Here are some screenshots i was able to snap before it crashed:
