Change bow damage

How can I change the damage of a bow when it hits a target?

 

In EntityDamageEvent with setDamage function

Note: setDamage() is not a function its a variable, Also you forgot the brackets after setDamage.

 

No no no. setDamage() is function , not variable and I don't have brackets , because I said it's a function, so everyone who know PHP a bit, know that there are brackets
