Cant place water

i know thats settings fault can someone tell me how to turn this off?

 

I'm confused. Are you saying that you're prevented from placing water, and you want to disable whatever's stopping you, or do you want to turn off placing water?

 

im unable to place water from the bucket,im unable to place boat on the water and few anonther things and i want to be able to do it

You should be able to use water buckets. Are you sure you're not inside of spawn protection?
As for boats, they have not been implemented into PocketMine yet.

 

oh im inside spawn protection but im an op does it make any difference?

 

If you're an OP than it should work. Do you have any protection plugins?

 

nope i dont have any its like more private server for 4 persons only

 

Strange. There shouldn't be anyway for that to have accidentally been turned off. There is no setting for it (at least not that I know of). Are you able to place other blocks in the same place, and does the console give you any errors?
