Cant join the server for life. Unable to connect to world locally

    Did this in my powershell
    CheckNetIsolation LoopbackExempt -a -n="Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe"

    said "Ok"
    tried joining my local server, still nothing,
    name of server shows. it has connection. but cant join. hosting on same machine
