Cant join my own server!

You have a outdated phar lol :v, the newest version is 1.7 and there is a phar for 1.7

Nevermind, Just realized 1.7 was realeased! I'm dumb! Updating the phar right now and will reply with details!

did you open your ports or shutdown your firewalls ?
if you ports are not open and you don't want to just close your firewall :

Navigate to Control Panel, System and Security and Windows Firewall.

Select Advanced settings and highlight Inbound Rules in the left pane.

Right click Inbound Rules and select New Rule.

Add the port you need to open and click Next.

Add the protocol (TCP or UDP) and the port number into the next window and click Next.

Select Allow the connection in the next window and hit Next.

Select the network type as you see fit and click Next.

Name the rule something meaningful and click Finish.

It works! I dont know what did it either allowing the connection from the firewall or updating my phar. I'm assuming it was the firewall thing because this was happening before 1.7 was released. Thank you to everyone who helped me through this!
