Plugin which create border using custom skin around specified position with customizable radius. So there'll be a command for example /addborder <x> <y> <z> <affectY> <radius> It'll create square using custom skin around the X,Y,Z, radius will be distance of the position to wall of the border and affectY will be a boolean used to select if the square will have a base .
