Boat Fix - Request

I saw the post on this forum regarding boats that don't work on pmmp and someone that tried to fix it, but that was 2018 and they failed to fix the boat issue.

I am requesting anyone that has knowledge on developing the boat plug-in to maybe fix it and make it as usable as on Vanilla. I got the plugin code here https://github.com/robske110/Boat but it has a few bugs. Maybe consider making it a .phar as well.

I really need it as I am making a vanilla like server using Pmmp. i will go as far as paying for it
