[ASAP] Chat blocker

When a player does /mute <playername> he doesnt receives that players chat and it saves even after server restarts, he only gets his message after he does /unmute <playername>.

 

EssentialsPE has this feature.

 

It blocks the player to send chats on server, i want it to stop it for a certain player not the whole server @Sandertv

I might also make a plugin like this. Maybe my plugin will be able to control everything about the chat. Hmm.

 

Here is a chat blocker by LBSG! I have forked it and bumped the API to 3.0.0-ALPHA4

I'll be implementing this in EssentialsPE 3.0.0, but it will take some time because I need to rewrite everything of it.
