    Hello fellas,
I want to share a big amount of Noteblock songs with you, some even made by me. The list will extend as time goes, so you may concider checking the thread frequently.

For now, i'll simply attack a zip file. Later i'll provide a download URL with search feature etc.

These songs can be played with e.g. https://github.com/zzm317/ZMusicBox

    Have fun!
    Greetings to new Forum,
    Your cheerful friend Dan

So some of them not by you? No licensing or credits needed?

They are public downloadable in the Minecraft forums. I've just spendt some time packing them into one file, and @SalmonDE + @Aericio also gave me some files they found on GitHub etc.
I think due to the way NoteBlockStudio works they aren't licensed anyways. It appears like a 'cover' of the songs to me.
Not sure though, can you help me checking this?

I would think, if anything, to give credit to the person who originally created the note block version of the song if it's not one that you created yourself.

Support me with that ;) I am now to 360+ songs, have fun!
Also i don't have all sources, many files i simply got over third party ways, e.g. someone sendt me them.
And i checked, nbs songs can't be licensed.
And Edward, don't you code plugins on IM forums? One of these copy paste guys?

Practically anything can be licensed these days, as long as it's original work. It's hard to make a nbs based on a normal song, trust me.
And no, I don't code plugins on the IM forums. I do download them from there sometimes, but I've never made anything.

Unless the original compositions are in the public domain copyright applies, whether it's nbs, midi or my own format I just invented, as long as the original is recognisable.

That said, you aren't risking much, but you shouldn't post a work derived from copyrighted material publicly without permission.
