    No. PHP in HTML pages are meant to finish at a moment °+ some functions would not work and pages vs cli does not behaves the same.

    I can easily make a plugin making app.
    
    Steps:
    1) Get ConsoleScript.phar from DevTools
    2) Make simple app with php binary and a button
    3) Click button
    4) Run the script
    4.5) Make some tea
    4.6) Drink tea
    4.7) Tea is too hot!
    4.9) Ah, thats better
    4.95) Finish tea
    5) Wait for it to finish because php is slooooow
    6) Realise PHP is NOT slow and its a myth
    7) Enjoy
