The current World Fixer Plugin is not working and i need a working one for Pocketmne 3.0.0-Alpha5 Any Links? Thank you

One Question: How do i use it? There are no commands at all and it says: Warning: file_put_contents(C:\Users\***\Desktop\pmmp\plugins\BlockTypeCorrector/config.yml): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in phar://C:/Users/+++/Desktop/pmmp/PocketMine-MP.phar/src/pocketmine/utils/Config.php on line 206
the plugin isn't finished yet as I stated previously. There shouldn't be any commands as the plugin does all it's changes as each world loads
